This is the quarterly newsletter of our parent organization -- Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan Schools. It is produced by 8th Dan Master Dong Hoon Kim, of Tucson AZ, with the help of contributed articles by his students and Tae Kwon Do associates.

Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan Schools (TCS), maintains the copyright on this material. Permission must be obtained from TCS for any reproduction of these articles in any form.

Also, as with any martial arts or exersize program, the user bears the risk of any injury that may ensue from following the advice contained therein.
