School School

We had a day off of school yesterday, which as I must truthfully admit, was really nice. It was President’s Day and I was able to catch up on some Z’zzz and make it to the gym. I can hardly believe that Spring Break is in about two weeks. I think it’s crazy how fast the semester has gone by and how close to the end of the school year we are.
My day has been great. Classes were awesome and very interesting. One of my favorite classes has been biochemistry this year. It’s a hard course but ever so fulfilling. You know how general chemistry is so new and you really have no idea what the relevancy is in learning all the things you do, well, in biochemistry everything starts to come together and you are able to see the big picture. It’s a great class!
The weather up here is actually starting to turn around. We had quite a snow storm last week and I had heard it’s supposed to be the last one of the year. Let’s hope so, right? You know, it’s been great to have all the snow that we have had this year though. Awesome snowboarding season! It’s so nice to have constant fresh powder instead of eating ice! But as much as I love the snow, I am really looking forward to the summertime when it gets warm again.
The Fun is Just Beginning!

Hey there y'all!
Today is the second day back at school! I had such an awesome break! It was definitely nice to be able to relax before the spring semester. But let me tell you, I am super excited to be back!!! I really enjoy spring semester. Why? Well, I really love the snow ALOT. I don't quite enjoy driving in it but definitely playing in it, that's for sure.
This week is really awesome because we have our second annual Ski the Beav Night. USU students are able to go up to our lovely Beaver Mountain and go night skiing or boarding for only $10! It is really tons of fun. I am really excited and looking forward to that greatly.
Oh my, it looks like my class is starting soon. Catch up later....
What a Wonderful Life

Hi all! This is the first official blog sent out for everyone to see! :) Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a senior majoring in Finance/Economics and minoring in Chemistry. I love to play tennis and snowboard. I took a snowboarding class last semester and it was so much fun!!!
Well, school is going great thus far....I LOVE all of my classes. I'm into my upper division courses and a lot of classes are really intense but also really interesting. They are definitely time demanding and especially in my business classes, group work is pretty much the focal point of many of them. For my Cap-Stone course (a course that everyone must take the year before graduation in the College of Business), I only have two exams and no final. This is great of course, anytime you can get out of a final is always something to get excited about! But here's the catch, our final is actually a big group presentation. We have to each individually write a 15-30 page paper on competitive goals and strategies of a company. Our group is doing ours on Target. Our exam for this class, MHR 4890 is next week and after that, it's group presentations everyday until the end of the semester baby!!!
Well....I better get off my break and get back to studying for Physics. I have an exam tomorrow and I'm quite the procrastinator. :)
