I LOVE USU POLICE!!!

Not like I'm proud to admit this, but I am probably the planet's WORST driver. To be completely honest, I just have bad luck with cars in general. So earlier today, I had a lecture class. Well, I have been sick with the flu and my professor told me all I had to do was show up for roll, and then I could leave. Well, I park at a parking meter, and LOCK MY KEYS IN MY CAR. Literally there were sitting in the ignition. I know, not something I should announce, and trust me I am NOT proud. Well, luckily I had my cell phone. I call the USU hotline, they connect me to the USU Police and within 5 minutes there was an officer at my car unlocking it! Turns out if you are a student and you lock your keys in your car, the police will come and unlock it FOR FREE! I have never been so proud to be a student!
P.S. I love you USU POLICE!

Welcome Back...

Well, Christmas Break is over and it's time to start my favorite semester...SPRING SEMESTER! Nothing is more beautiful than Logan in the spring...I guess I will just have to wait for the snow to melt. So it's my second week of classes and I am already into school work full speed. We were assigned a project on Monday (the first day of classes) and it was due last Friday at 2:30. The assignment itself was pretty cool, we got to design our "dream" kitchen using Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. So that was pretty tight. Even better, there is a prize: an all expense paid trip to Arizona and even BETTER, they actually build your kitchen that you design! So I guess there are perks for doing such a difficult assignment. All well, the hard work is bound to pay off! GO AGGIES!!!!

Karim Rashid is coming!

What is up future Aggies!? So I have some great news. I am sure all of you have seen that Target commercial, where the guy has designed the "cone vac", well that is a product designer named Karim Rashid. He's so rad, and he is coming tomorrow to our school to give a presentation! It's such an awesome oppurtunity. We get to spend the whole day with him, which will be soooo tight! I'm going to try and score his autograph, we'll see what happens....
