- Clery Crime and Fire Report
Federal law requires that prospective students have access to Utah State University's Annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report (Clery Report). This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Utah State University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies relating to sexual assault, and other matters. Additionally the report contains information on fire safety standards and measures for on-campus student housing facilities and fire statistics for the three most current years.
You can view a copy of this report by accessing the following web site, www.dps.usu.edu and clicking on "ANNUAL CAMPUS SECURITY AND FIRE SAFETY REPORT". To obtain a printed copy of the report or if you have questions, please contact the Utah State University Department of Public Safety at (435) 797-2412.
