USULC Vendor Fair

We are excited to hold our annual Vendor Fair for the student leaders attending the Utah State University Leadership Conference this year. There will be more than 650 student leaders attending. These students are always looking for vendors to help with school dances, events, assemblies, etc. They will be planning their 2015-2016 school year at this conference. This is a great opportunity to advertise what service(s) you can offer their schools.

The fee to participate in the Vendor Fair is $50, or you can choose to be a conference sponsor. Conference sponsors are able to participate in the vendor fair, have an ad printed in the conference handbook, and get their logo printed on the back of the conference t-shirt. The sponsorship packages are as follows:

  • Small Sponsor = $150
    Includes: Small Logo on T-shirts, 1/4 page ad
  • Medium Sponsor = $300
    Includes: Medium Logo on T-shirts, 1/2 page ad
  • Large Sponsor = $500
    Includes Large Logo on T-shirts, Full page ad

This year we are also wanting to include service organizations. High schools are constantly looking for new opportunities to serve or causes to help the students of their school. We will be waiving the vendor fair fee for these groups.

The deadline to participate is May 22. Please submit your registration information, payment, and logo no later than May 21.
