Parents

Utah State University is dedicated to supporting you and your son or daughter through a successful Aggie experience.

As a parent or guardian, we understand that you are heavily involved in your student's decisions. We want to assure you that we strive to be one of the nation's premier student-centered universities, emphasizing that academics come first enhanced by an enriching campus life.

The Utah State Parents Information Page is designed to provide parents with the knowledge to help their student make educated decisions regarding their future academic pursuits.

Utah State University maintains records of crime statistics for the last three years in accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. It is a federal law that requires institutions of higher education in the United States to disclose campus security information including crime statistics for the campus and surrounding areas, maintenance of a daily crime log as well as providing timely notification and warnings of certain types of crimes in the university community. USU also maintains and publishes campus fire statistics as required by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008. This act requires all U.S. academic institutions to produce an annual fire safety report outlining fire safety practices, standards, and all fire-related on-campus statistics pertaining to on-campus residential buildings.
