Scholarships

Help fulfill the dreams of students who lack the resources for a higher education. Recognize and reward those who have worked hard.

Supporting deserving students is incredibly rewarding. The Warnick brothers established a scholarship in memory of their Depression-era parents, who made enormous sacrifices to provide Utah State educations for all four of their sons. David and Deanna Winn, who earned all six of their degrees from Utah State, have supported students in financial need because they appreciate what their Utah State educations did for their careers. Dell Loy '82 and Lynnette '73 Hansen are helping the university retain dedicated students because they know how inspiring it is to attend class with students who put academics first.

You don't have to establish a new scholarship to be thanked by a grateful student recipient. You can contribute to an existing scholarship. There are hundreds of them at Utah State University. But if you do create your own scholarship, you can name it in your name, the name of a company or organization, or in honor or memory of someone. If you wish, you can also determine the criteria in accordance with university priorities and policies.

Consider these possibilities:

  • Endowed Graduate Fellowships
  • Endowed Full-Tuition Scholarships
  • Endowed Scholarship Assistance (which can partially defray tuition, pay for housing, or purchase a computer or books and materials)
