OA licensed and insured caterer must be used for and food served at the Alumni Center which meets USU's liability policy. Guests and family are not allowed in the kitchen due to liability. Caterers not on the approved list must be approved with a copy of the business license and insurance policy by the Alumni Center Director. Fax to 434-797-2591.
