USU Alumni Scholarships
Utah State University offers a variety of alumni scholarships. Funds for the scholarships are raised in a variety of ways, including private donations, earnings from endowments, and the Aggie License Plate program.
The following is a list of available scholarships. Applications, requirements, and deadlines for each scholarship vary. More information is available by clicking the link. Note: all the scholarships listed below (with the exception of the Alumni Legacy Nonresident Waiver) cannot be held or deferred. As Alumni Scholarships are 1 year awards, they must be used in the year they are awarded.
Available to nonresident students whose parent or grandparent earned a degree from Utah State University. Deadline to apply, August 1.
Available to USU students (at least 12 USU credits but no more than 59 USU credits, including those in progress)
, who demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and leadership.
Available to students whose parent or grandparent was an active member of the Phi Kappa Iota / Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Available to students whose parent, grandparent, brother, or sister was an active member of the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Chi Omega.
Available to students from Pleasant Grove High School (Utah) who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and financial need.
Available to students enrolled in the Summit County 4-H program who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and financial need.
Available to students who attend Raft River or Declo High School (Idaho).
Available to all students wishing to acquire university administrative experience by engaging with alumni and corporations.
ALL applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Incoming freshman or transfer student.2. Child or descendant of USU alumnus.3. Intent to enroll at Utah State University
