Lecture Controls

The lectures can be controlled using the "Player Control" as shown below. The "Back" and "Forward" buttons will move you only one slide. The audio is embedded in the slide, so it will move along also, if you click "Back" or "Forward." If you would rather read the slide at your own pace, you can click on the sound icon and the sound will shut off.

If you are using this CD on a Mac the slides will not move automatically forward at the end of the audio. You will have to manually click through the slides. This is automatic on a PC.

This is what a slide from a lecture may look like. Note the controls at the bottom. Some control panels are different colors, but the work the same!

Viewing and Printing Timelines

The timelines are in .pdf format and can only be viewed using Adobe Acrobat. There is a link at the bottom of the Timelines page that will automatically download Acrobat to your machine. It can also be downloaded from the "Computer Set up" page of "Start Here" on the homepage of our course.

Printing Lectures

If you would like to read through or print the lectures without any images, you can access a .pdf version of the lecture. Go to the lecture you want and click "Text Only." You will need Adobe Acrobat to access the text only version.
