USU Bluebook



The Bluebook is a collection of budget-related demographic and financial information about Utah State University. It is published annually by the Office of Planning and Budget.

Included in this book are many different facets of budget-related information for individual colleges and departments. Examples include university budget schedules, cost per FTE student, cost per SCH, tuition rates, student-faculty ratios, enrollments, consumer price index, Utah demographic information that directly affects budgets (e.g., births, public school enrollments, etc.) and a number of other data sets.
