Lab Policies

Open Access Computing Facilities are for educational purposes only.

These facilities may not be used for commercial, religious, political, funded research, or illegal purposes. Recreational use is not supported or accommodated but may be tolerated so long as it does not interfere with the management, operation, or availability of the resource for its intended educational purposes.

Browsing or viewing offensive material will result in expulsion from the College of Business Computer Labs. Repeat offenders will lose their computer facility privileges.

The following is prohibited by USU Student Code, Article V, Section 3. Paragraph 19. and 23.e.
    19. Publishing or distributing libelous, slanderous, obscene, or pornographic literature or materials.
    23. Theft, misuse, or other abuse of computer time, computers, or computing facilities. Violations include,
   but are not limited to:
    e. Use of computers/computing facilities to store or send messages
   prohibited under paragraph 19 above.
