This workshop is to help prepare for the CIL Spreadsheets test. It doesn't matter if you're familiar with the material and know what you need help with or if you just need a place to start. Mental Health on Campus: A lecture with Dr. Jim Davis, Director of USU Student Health and Wellness.
A presentation will be given on the National Alliance on Mental Illness, which will then be followed up by a discussion on the state of student mental health and emotional wellness at Utah State University by Dr. Jim Davis. Discussion will include information on depression, neurons, brain chemistry, and available treatment options. Friends of Merrill-Cazier Library present its spring 2010 lecture with guest Brian Cannon and the lecture 'Utah in the Twentieth Century.' Cannon was editor of the book with the same title, published by USU Press. The book includes a collection of essasys that highlight the state of Utah during the 20th century. The lecture is free and all are invited.
Friends of the Merrill-Cazier Library is a community-based support organization that works to create awareness of Merrill-Cazier Library and its resources, facilities and personnel.
