Special Event / Research

We will have several beef sensory tests starting tomorrow (Oct 15) and on all Tuesdays and Thursdays during the month. Simply go to USU NDFS building (Room 209) and eat BEEF STEAK, you can get a free Aggie ice cream coupon. We start at 10:30 a.m., and end when we have 120 participants. Please tell your friends and family to join us.

The presentation will go over the use of Canvas in any course taught at Utah State University. A broad overview of features, tools, recommended practices, and available support will be covered. Those who attend should walk away with an understanding of how Canvas, and its integrated tools, can be used to organize course content, share multimedia, grade assignments, and communicate with students. Technical solutions will be provided that overcome challenges with copyright, plagiarism, and grading workflows.

The Hatch Academy of Magic and Music and the USU Illusionists are proud to host the 3rd Annual Cache Conjurers Magic Competition, which has attracted magicians from throughout northern Utah and southern Idaho to compete for cash prizes. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be determined by a panel of judges and a "People's Choice" prize will be determined by a vote of ticket holders. Two-time champion Richard Cannon will be defending his title against all comers! Tickets are just $10. Seating limited to just 56. For more information, or to compete, call 435-932-0017.
