8:00 am - 8:00 pm    Spring Break: Rock Climbing in St. George

Recreational / Outdoor Recreation Center

Beat the cold and smog of Logan with the ORP for Spring Break. We’re doing two trips to St. George and Moab. Whether you’re into rock climbing in St. George, mountain biking in Moab, or both, we have you covered. This is the first trip we’re doing for Spring Break. We’ll be gone from March 8 to 12, the price of the trip is $125 and it’s for students only. The cost goes toward transportation, fuel, camping accommodations, and advanced rock climbing gear — ropes, carabiners and draws. Most of the climbing will be at the beginner to intermediate levels, 5.6 to 5.9. Participants will need to provide their own harnesses, helmets, shoes, food and camping gear; all of the necessary equipment will be available for rent at the ORP shop. Register for this trip by calling the ORP at (435) 797-3264 or visiting the shop. Please register before the pre-trip meeting on March 5 at 5 p.m.
