For children grades 7-8: Do you like to create stories, cartoons, games and other fun projects? Scratch Camp is a project of the Active Learning Lab at USU. It is a visual programing language built at MIT that helps kids learn to program, as well as other important skills like logic, math and creativity. Explore with Scratch allows for fun, creative expression with computers to develop stories, games and artwork! Bring your own lunch. Classes meet on the second floor of the Education Building, room 282. For more information contact the Cache County Extension Office, 435-752-6263.

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm    Artisan Aggie Cheese Tasting

Special Event / Nutrition & Food Sciences

Artisan Aggie Cheese tasting & video presentation will consist of viewing an 8-10 minute DVD on Aggie Cheese and then sampling a few cheese varieties for a total of about 15 minutes. Tours will be held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Aggie Ice Cream building (except holidays). Admission is FREE.
