Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter is excited to offer a Utah Master Naturalist course on Watersheds July 14-18. Participation in this course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the ecosystems and watersheds in which we live. The course combines both classroom and fieldwork. We will be following the Weber River Watershed throughout the week from its headwaters in the Uinta Mountains to its terminus at the Great Salt Lake.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm    Standup Paddleboard Yoga at First Dam

Recreational / Outdoor Recreation Center

Come spend an hour out on First Dam Reservoir practicing SUP Yoga! This new and exciting clinic focuses on bringing a fun and challenging aspect to an otherwise earth-bound practice. Even if you have never done yoga before, all skill levels are welcome to join. We will be doing basic yoga poses like Child’s Pose and Downward-Facing Dog. This is a great way to get outside while getting a great workout and having fun by trying something new. Sign up Today! This clinic is free! However, you must register in advance as space is limited.
