Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter is excited to offer a Utah Master Naturalist course on Watersheds July 14-18. Participation in this course will provide you with an in-depth understanding of the ecosystems and watersheds in which we live. The course combines both classroom and fieldwork. We will be following the Weber River Watershed throughout the week from its headwaters in the Uinta Mountains to its terminus at the Great Salt Lake.

Exhibit / Caine College of the Arts

Caine College of the Arts and the Leverhulme Trust partner to highlight Theosophy, Modernism and the Arts between 1875-1960. Opening reception April 16 from 6-9 p.m. including Music Through Theosophy featuring the Fry Street Quartet.

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm    Artisan Aggie Cheese Tasting

Special Event / Nutrition & Food Sciences

Artisan Aggie Cheese tasting & video presentation will consist of viewing an 8-10 minute DVD on Aggie Cheese and then sampling a few cheese varieties for a total of about 15 minutes. Tours will be held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Aggie Ice Cream building (except holidays). Admission is FREE.
