The HackUSU Hackathon is a 36-hour invention marathon and career fair! The event will begin with the opening ceremonies at 9:00 AM and will end at 9:00 PM on Saturday, November 18th. Students will have the chance to learn from professionals as they work to create "hacks", which are apps, websites, data insights, games, and hardware creations. Prizes will be awarded to the best hacks in a variety of categories. Students of all majors and of every level of ability are welcome! Computer scientists, graphic designers, engineers, data scientists, and statisticians, as well as social workers and entrepreneurs can all be found at the core of hackathon teams. Entrepreneurs are welcome to come pitch ideas at our idea pitching event directly after the opening ceremonies.
