Come join us for a day of skiing/snowboarding at Powder Mountain resort. We will meet up at Outdoor Programs, load up our ski/snowboard gear, and head to Powder Mountain to burn some turns. All riding abilities are welcome as there is terrain for everyone. Trip cost includes transportation and Powder Mountain lift ticket. Discounted ski rentals are available from Outdoor Programs for an additional $10. Discount lift ticket pricing is included in the trip cost and is only available to registered participants that travel to and from Powder Mountain with Outdoor Programs.

Presentation/Speeches / Physics

Inquiring minds of all ages are invited to Science Unwrapped at USU, the public science outreach program of USU's College of Science. Featured February speaker is Maria J. Rodriguez, assistant professor in USU's Department of Physics, who presents: "CSI: Black Holes in the Universe." Hands-on learning activities and refreshments follow Dr. Rodriguez's talk. Admission is free.

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm    Full-Moon Snowshoe Hike

Recreational / Campus Recreation

Come spend an evening snowshoeing under the glow of a full moon. Be sure to dress warm for the cooler temperatures after dark. No snowshoeing experience is necessary, beginners are most welcome. Participants must be prepared for moderate physical activity in a winter environment. Trip cost includes snowshoe rental and transportation. Space is limited, sign up today!
