But Matthew Wangeman, born with cerebral palsy, also has a significant disability. He communicates via a pointer on his helmet and a letter board. Matthew works at the Institute for Human Development at Northern Arizona University, and he is an advocate for people with disabilities at the local, state and national level. He will give a short lecture and answer questions following the presentation. The event is free and open to the public, so bring the family!
