Ancient Peruvian cultures have created intricate pottery and ceramics for thousands of years. Join us at the Museum of Anthropology for an illustrated lecture at 1 p.m. detailing the ceramic traditions of these Peruvian cultures including the Chimu, Chancay, Moche and Inca. Docent-led talks on our "Peruvian Ceramics" exhibit will take place throughout the day. Kids can make their own clay pots and figurines in the style of Peruvian ceramics. The museum is open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and admission is always FREE!
