Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Learn how to be in the moment. This 3-session workshop will focus on learning and practicing mindfulness skills to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. We will discuss the ideas behind mindfulness and then practice through experiential exercises. Activities will include eating, meditating and light stretching among others.
