Dr. Karen Lang “The Buddha’s Daughters: Women’s roles in Buddhism.” The CWG and Religious Studies are Cosponsoring a Brown Bag Lunch with Dr. Karen Lang. Dr. Lang is a Professor of Buddhist Studies and Indian Religions, as well as the Director of the Center of South Asian Studies at the University of Virginia. Renowned American political activist, scholar and author Ibram X. Kendi will be visiting the Utah State University campus this fall semester for a keynote presentation on “How to be an Anti-Racist”.
