Arts/Entertainment

The Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art (NEHMA) invites you to Family Art Day at Utah State University’s Merrill-Cazier Library on Saturday, March 17 from 11AM to 2PM. This month’s Family Art Day will connect participants with The Built Environment: 130 Years of Growth, Development and Change on the USU Campus, an exhibition by Utah State University Libraries. http://exhibits.usu.edu/exhibits/show/builtenvironment Using NEHMA artwork depicting buildings, the library exhibit, and the view from the atrium windows for inspiration, Family Art Day attendees will learn paper sculpture techniques like folds, cones, spirals, cuts, and crumples to recreate favorite forms and make a unique sculpture of their own. This drop-in event is free and open to participants of all age and ability. NEHMA Family Art Day activities are held on the third Saturday of the month.
