Post-Cold War U.S. Foreign -- Dr. Omar Kader
Dr. Kader got his B.A. from BYU & his Ph.D. in International Relations from USC. Founder of Paltech, a government contracting firm specializing in training, instructional systems & program management. Paltech provides e-learning services to various U.S. government agencies including: Dept of State, Dept of Defense, Dept of Health & Human Services, U.S. Agency for International Development, & the U.S. Coast Guard. He is active in international affairs and previously served as the Executive Director of two non-governmental organizations in Washington D.C.–United Palestinian Appeal (humanitarian) and the American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (civil rights). He served as a member of the U.S. Delegation observing & monitoring democratic elections in Morocco, Yemen, Indonesia, Palestine, Pakistan & Afghanistan. He has provided expert commentary to news organizations (BBC, Washington Post, CNN) and teaches foreign policy seminars.
