Mountain Bike Course

This 9-hour workshop course is for people who have always wanted to try mountain biking but are not sure where to start. Participants will discover the differences between mountain and road biking, basic maintenance for safe riding, what to take on a ride, trail etiquette, and proper riding techniques. Pre-registration is required.
Times: April 4, 4 p.m. (two hour lecture and practice); April 11, 3 p.m.(three hours riding); April 15, 10 a.m. (four hours riding).
Cost: USU students $35, all others $45. Location: ORC recreation center. Instructor: Paul Bowman.
