USU Wellness Expo

The Wellness Expo provides an opportunity for people around the valley to share ideas, products and other wellness related information that can improve our quality of life.
In addition, the Wellness Expo exposes participants to issues that encourage a healthy lifestyle. Our five themes for the Wellness Expo include: sustainability, fitness, nutrition, relaxation, and wellness. Employees, students, and the community are invited to celebrate and learn about wellness opportunities and services. Free health screenings: hearing, blood pressure, %body fat, BMI.
