This Saturday join us at the Museum of Anthropology for THE ANTHROPOLOGY OF FOOD. While we eat food for nutrition, people choose what they eat not only by flavor or nutritional value, but by cultural, religious, historic, economic, and environmental factors. Come learn about the Anthropology of food. Sample cuisine from cultures around the world! Learn what was really eaten at the first Thanksgiving and try a taste test to see if you would be happy with the same meal this holiday!
