Mozzarella Cheese Sensory Test
Wednesday, Dec 05 - 10:00AM to 3:00PM
Each person will receive 6 pieces of Mozzarella cheese for the sensory test, just follow the system on computer, an Aggie ice cream coupon will be obtained after the test. We'll start at 10 am, and the test will be closed till we have 120 people involved. The location of which is Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences Building Room 209.
