From Dean Mary Hubbard
In a time of unprecedented scientific discovery, USU's College of Science is well-positioned to advance the educational experience of future scientists. Our faculty's commitment to providing students with hands-on research opportunities creates an inspired atmosphere of learning and discovery. But we face keen competition for talented students and faculty. Our campaign to raise $10 million by 2010 will secure our tradition of excellence at the most critical levels: learning and teaching.
Attracting top students and faculty requires accommodating two needs: alignment of academic interests and providing competitive financial incentives. Our vision is to distinguish Utah State University on the basis of our academic strengths, making USU an institution of choice by future students and faculty.
“Our campaign to raise $10 million by 2010 will secure our tradition of excellence at the most critical levels: learning and teaching.”
As builders of our tradition, we hope you value the academic training and inspiration you received at USU, and we urge you to support our campaign effort. Please review the list of opportunities for securing our tradition below and contact us with your interests. No contribution is too small; we are grateful for every gift we receive. Your partnership is the key to our success.
