Campaign Kick-off
Utah State University friends, students and other supporters joined President Stan Albrecht Friday, March 2, to celebrate the announcement of the university's first comprehensive campaign, a $200 million effort with the theme "Honoring Tradition, Securing Our Future: The Campaign for Utah State University."
The formal announcement of the public phase of the campaign was accompanied by fireworks, a big band and dancing during an elegant dessert buffet that followed the annual Founder's Day festivities in the student center. The president spoke to a standing-room-only crowd of university supporters and dignitaries from throughout the state.
The president plans to lead special campaign kick-off announcements through the summer at select locations across the country. Announcement of dates and locations will follow.
