The final proof of the new jersey is in. We are planning on getting our order in before the end of the semester. Get excited!

USU Cycling Club's mountain bike race is just a week away! It is being hosted at Sherwood Hills Resort, just south of Logan on I-89 on next Saturday, September 29th. Registration starts at 10 a.m. and the race starts at noon. The registration fee is $20 and can be paid at the event or online at the USAC website; don't forget to bring your USAC Collegiate Racing License. If you are racing for USU, make sure you have paid your club dues before the event. However, there are "Open" categories for non-student racers if you don't ride for a college team. We'd love to have as many of you racing as possible. But if you're not racing, we need as many volunteers as we can get. If you want to volunteer please contact Joan Meiners.

The mountain race season is quickly approaching. Take a look at this fall's race schedule and make sure you free up your weekends to attend these great races.
We are going to be representing the USU Cycling Club again at Day on the Quad on August 29th. Make sure you stop by the Quad on campus to help out or just swing by to say hi to the club, we'll be there from 10 am to 2:30 pm.
On another note we forgot to recognize Joan Meiners in our last post. She took 21st in the Road Race and 24th in the Criterium at nationals this year. Good job Joan, way to represent our women at nationals.
