Tournament Format

Coaches meeting will be held at 4:30 PM on Friday, November 9, in the HPER Building with pool play to begin immediately following.

Last minute changes can and usually are made so each team must have a representative at the 4:30 PM coaches meeting.

Pool play will determine seeding for a single-elimination tournament based on match record, game record, and point differential if necessary within each pool. All teams will advance to Saturday's tournament.

Pool Play will begin at 5:00 pm on Friday night. The match scheduled for 10:00 pm must begin no later than 10:30 pm on Friday night or will have to be played at 8:00 am on Saturday morning. The other Saturday morning matches will begin promptly at 9:00 am. All other posted match times on both days are ESTIMATES and should only be used as a general guideline. Matches are expected to begin no more than 7 minutes following the end of the previous match on the same court.

Pool Play

A modified elimination tournament will start on Saturday.
USA Volleyball / MWVC / NCVF rules are in effect.
Any changes or modifications of the rules will be announced at the coaches meeting.
All matches are best of 3 with first two games to 25 and third to 15 (if necessary).

Entry Fee

The $200 entry fee for the November 9-10, 2012 men's indoor volleyball tournament MUST BE RECEIVED along with your entry form by Wednesday, November 7th. SPOTS ARE FILLED ON A FIRST RECEIVED--FIRST SERVED BASIS. This tournament is expected to have 15-18 teams participating. Please RSVP by e-mail to let me know you are interested. No teams will be added or payments accepted after November 7th.

Parking

All parking is metered or monitored on the Utah State campus during the week. Some parking lots are not monitored after 5 pm on Friday. Saturday parking is not monitored. See below:
