ATTENTION! Instructor change: Nate and Claire will be switching indoor cycling classes.  Claire will now be teaching Mondays at 5:30 pm and Nate will be teaching Wednesday at 5:00 pm starting next week!

Courses & Instructors

Course Descriptions

Power Sculpt: This class is designed to tone all the muscles in your body by using weights, body bars, exercise balls, plyometrics, and resistance bands.  You will get a total anaerobic work out, while burning calories.  If you want to get toned and fit, this is the class for you!

Zumba: This aerobic Latin dance routine will keep you coming back for more!  Originally from Columbia, Zumba was designed to make exercise fun so you can enjoy burning off those calories and toning your body. Even if you aren’t a good dancer, Zumba is the perfect way to have fun while getting a total body workout! 

Yoga: Here you can have your complete mind/body connection with stretching, toning and balance.  But, don’t let it fool you—this yoga class will work you!  It will incorporate dynamic balance and functional training while challenging your strength and endurance.

Kickboxing: The hottest kickboxing class around! This class is designed to give you a great cardio work out, while toning your arms and legs.  This class will get you to kick higher and punch faster than you could ever imagine!

Turbo Kick: It’s a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.

Water Bootcamp: this class is a combination of techniques used from land aerobics such as running, walking, cross country skiing, and jumping jacks.  It is a non impact workout, so good for those who have joint or muscle issues, but high resistance to ensure a great workout!
Indoor Cycling: This 50 minute workout is arguably the most beneficial work out on campus.  Intended to be a a journey in the classroom, this class will give you mountain climbs, rollings hills, sprints, flat roads, while refining your cycling technique. Classes rapidly increase in intensity through out the semester, so make sure to bring a towel and water bottle-- you're going to need it!
Let me see that core!: This 20 minute ab class is designed to work your core. Its a short class, intended to be used right after or right before another class.  Don't let the time fool you, you will be feeling your abs all day!
CrossFit:  Designed as an all around fitness program, CrossFit will touch on strength, cardio, toning, flexibility, and endurance. The goal of CrossFit is to condition your body so that you can perform any sport or activity at your best.  CrossFit is intense but rewarding, and you will never do the same work out twice!
