Courses & Instructors

Course Descriptions

Power Sculpt: This class is designed to tone all the muscles in your body by using weights, body bars, exercise balls, plyometrics, and resistance bands.  You will get a total anaerobic work out, while burning calories.  If you want to get toned and fit, this is the class for you!

Zumba: This aerobic Latin dance routine will keep you coming back for more!  Originally from Columbia, Zumba was designed to make exercise fun so you can enjoy burning off those calories and toning your body. Even if you aren’t a good dancer, Zumba is the perfect way to have fun while getting a total body workout! 

Yoga: Here you can have your complete mind/body connection with stretching, toning and balance.  But, don’t let it fool you—this yoga class will work you!  It will incorporate dynamic balance and functional training while challenging your strength and endurance.

Kickboxing: The hottest kickboxing class around! This class is designed to give you a great cardio work out, while toning your arms and legs.  This class will get you to kick higher and punch faster than you could ever imagine!

Turbo Kick: It’s a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as, dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.

Water Aerobics: this class is a combination of techniques used from land aerobics such as running, walking, cross country skiing, and jumping jacks.  It is a non impact workout, so good for those who have joint or muscle issues, but high resistance to ensure a great workout!

Hustle: This format is based around a hip-hop routine.  In class, you'll learn a simple dance combination that will take your breath away! Anyone can do Hip Hop Hussle from the beginner to advanced. You don't need to be a dancer to come try out the hustle!

Power Max: This is an "anything goes" class where the format changes from day to day. It is designed to give you a good burn and get your heart rate up! If you like to change up your routine, this class is the way to go!

PiYo: This unique format combines Pilates, Yoga, Strength Conditioning, Flexibility, and Dynamic Balance. PiYo is an up-tempo, non spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. It is an ideal approach for beginners to advanced.
High Noon Spinning: This class, scheduled at noon, is for those who want a good burn in the middle of the day. Based around strength and intervals, you'll do more than just ride the bike. Lunges, wall sits, and medicine balls are used regularly in this class.  This is the all around biker's class.

Spinning for Weight Loss: This class is designed for those who want to shed pounds.  It is a high cardio based technique, where the instructor will also talk about healthy eating habits and helpful lifestyle changes.

Let's Ride!: A high energy class, you'll learn correct form and technique of how to spin while getting a killer work out!

Kick Butt: This class will do exactly that, kick your butt! A traditional spinning class, you'll leave every time feeling like you had the best work out of your life!
