Campus Recreation Fitness is aimed at giving students--as well as faculty and staff--a fun yet rigorous exercise program that is also social and dynamic. We offer 13 different fitness classes, a Strength & Conditioning program as well as 3 indoor triathlons for the spring 2015 semester.

Classes

Twelve classes are offered Monday through Friday, both morning and night: Yoga I and II classes, 2 HIIT 30 classes, Core, Indoor Cycling, Kickbox Bootcamp, Zumba, Power Sculpt, Cycling n' Abs, and HIIT 30 & Core.

Classes begin January 12, 2015 with two full weeks of FREE CLASSES! Try any of our classes before you purchase and Unlimited Pass worry free.

For students, a single class is $20 and $35 for an Unlimited Pass, which gets you access to every class. USU faculty and staff prices are $30 for a single class and $50 for an Unlimited Pass. The last day for refunds is January 30, 2015.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning is one of the fastest growing fitness program on campus. It's no surprise why it's so popular, students get instruction from certified trainers who encourage and coach them to succeed at their fitness goals. Strength & Conditioning classes are offered Monday though Friday starting January 12 in the Fieldhouse until finals week. Registration is done online, the Fieldhouse and HPER for just $80/students and $100/faculty and staff. Once a Strength & Conditioning membership is purchased, participants can go anytime offered any day of the week--as often as they want.

Races

The spring races are all indoor triathlons, aimed to help beginners get ready for the triathlon season in late spring and early summer. The indoor triathlons will be January 24, 2015, February 21, and March 21; all of the triathlons will begin at 9 a.m. in the HPER. Tthe races are open to USU students, faculty, staff and the public.
