Classes are now $15 each for students and $30 for faculty and staff. Participants can enroll in as many classes as they choose. Classes begin September 2 with two weeks of free classes to help you choose which one(s) are best for you. Starting Sept. 15 participants will be required to purchase access to each class they choose to join. Classes will go until Thursday, December 4.


Monday and Wednesday Classes

Yoga with Emily: 11:30 a.m. in HPER 102 Register for this class

Our vinyasa yoga class is a full body workout; focusing on building core strength, lengthening muscles, and working on mind body connection. All levels of skills are welcome and different modifications will be available to individualize your own workout! Come prepared to move and have fun.

Core! with Morgan: 6 p.m. in HPER 102
Register for this class

Although this class is only 20 minutes long, your abs will be burning by the time you leave. Great for people in a hurry or anyone looking for an intense ab workout.

Bootcamp with Morgan: 6:30 p.m. in HPER 102
Register for this class

Do you want real results? Then come to this workout. This calorie burning class mixes kickboxing combos with weights and HIIT training that will leave you wanting more. This fun and energetic class will help push you harder than ever. You are guaranteed a great cardio workout as you kick, punch and tone your way into a stronger, new you.

SUP Yoga with Jami: 7:30 p.m. in HPER Small Pool
Register for this class

Try yoga with a twist, on top of a stand up paddle board! Do various yoga poses all while trying to stay balanced on a paddle board. These classes are $15 each. Only 16 spots are available for each session so register soon.

HIIT with Carley: 7:30 p.m. in HPER 102
Register for this class

HIIT is an acronym for High Intensity Interval Training. It's a type of cardio training where you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. It improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat more effectively and helps boost your metabolism. A HIIT workout is quick, fun and effective--hard to beat that.

Zumba® with Isela: 5 p.m. in HPER 215

Zumba® exercise classes are essentially fitness parties that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. This is a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.

Cycling with Carley: 6 p.m. in the Fieldhouse
Register for this class

Our indoor cycling class is the perfect cardio challenge and is great for all fitness levels. During the class, the instructor simulates hill climbing, sprints and races. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, other class attendees and the music. Expect a vigorous workout; water and towels are a must.

Cycling & Abs with Morgan: 8 a.m. in the Fieldhouse
Register for this class

Be sure to start your day off right with our Cycling & Abs class. Designed to tone your legs, glutes and core like nothing you've experienced before. The class consists of 40 minutes of fast-paced cycling followed by 15 minutes of a core workout.

Power Sculpt with Carley: 6:30 p.m. in HPER 102
Register for this class

Power Sculpt is a high intensity, full-body workout designed to tone your muscles while giving you ample amounts of cardio. By using hand weights, bars, bands and much more. Each workout will push you and improve your body strength.
