Mental health services for students include: individual therapy, consultation, stress/test anxiety management, work-life balance, and psychoeducational testing for learning disabilities. Justin Barker, PSY.D, Assessment Coordinator/Licensed Psychologist will be on the USU-Brigham City campus every Monday and Thursday and can also work with students over IVC connections. Students attending classes around the country can access virtually all databases, e-journals, and e-books from any location. Additionally, the library will mail printed books to students as well. If you live within 20 miles or less from a campus, you should use the testing center at that campus. Otherwise, visit the Materials & Testing Services website to find a USU Certified Proctor near you. While exams proctored at USU locations for USU students are free, some proctors do charge for their services.
Free tutoring is available in a variety of subjects one-on-one, either face-to-face or online. Online tutoring is also available through eTutoring.org and the Academic Resource center. Check out all your tutoring options to stay ahead this semester.
