Your career coach can guide you through a customized career planning process by helping you develop:

the knowledge to select a major through a variety of career assessments and counseling;
job search strategies for internships and career employment;
skills in the art of effective networking;
connections with USU alumni working in regional, national, and multi-national corporations;
an approach that works when you visit a variety of employers at our career fairs and expos;
highly effective cover letters and resumes;
the ablity to communicate your unique strengths in an interview - you can even practice with a virtual mock interview and watch it with your career coach;

Working with your career coach gives you the ability to build a network of potential employers and alumni. Career Services is the link between students and successful career employment.
