CEA Employee of the Quarter Award
Leanna Lammert is the Employee of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter. Leanna is a Staff Assistant III in the Office of Human Resources and has been employed at USU for 6 years. Leanna was nominated by two individuals in her office and they both give her rave reviews. They state: "Leanna is one of the most efficient employees I've ever had the pleasure of knowing" and "She is the "go to" person for all the other administrative staff." Leanna is a team player who always contributes with ideas and recommends solutions to improve process within HR. She is very knowledgeable about Banner and is known as "the Banner Guru." Congratulations Leanna!
Lisa Allen was the Employee of the Quarter for the 3rd Quarter. Lisa is a Staff Assistant IV in the College of Agriculture. She has been in this position for the past four years but has been with Utah State University for 14 years. Co-workers say that Lisa is extremely productive and often times looks for new innovative ways to fulfill her responsibilities. The quality of her work is outstanding and always meets or exceeds expectations. Lisa is a key advisor to our students and is eager to spend time with them helping address any issues they may have. Without her the ambassadors would not be successful in recruitments and promoting the College of Agriculture and Utah State University. Congratulations!
Shannon Johnson was the Employee of the Quarter for the 2nd Quarter. Congratulations to an outsanding Employee!
Kris Howard was the Employee of the Quarter for for the 1st Quarter. Kris is a Business Assistant in the Biology Department and has been there for eight and a half years, that is also as long as she has been at Utah State University. She was nominated by many of her coworkers and they state:
"She is outgoing and has a pleasant demeanor."
"Kris does a superb job and we don't know where we would be without her."
"She has demonstrated excellence as an employee in several areas."
"She is extremely knowledgeble and completely conscienctious and reliable."
"Kris has increased efficiency and is a great pleasure to work with."
"The work ethic and dedication that Kris exhibits make her a role model for other employees and an excellent chocie for Classified Employee Association's Employee of the Quarter" and we agree.

- Nominees must have been employed at Utah State University in a full-time contract position for a minimum of five years and must be a current full-time classified employee.
- Nominations may be made by faculty, staff, or students.
- The Classified Employee if the Quarter Award is given to 4 outstanding classified employees each year.
- Nominees should excel in the following areas:
- Productivity and Quality of Work
- Dependability and Reliability
- Knowledge and Expertise
- Other contributions that make this individual an outstanding employee, such as creativity, innovation, ability to relate to and get along with others, service to USU students, faculty and staff.
- Nominations may be made on the attached nomination form and sent along with any additional letters of appreciation submitted by workmates, students, or supervisors to:
