All gods (except Mercury) may sell or dispose of properties, oversee proelia and enforce the rules of the Game in the region they happen to be occupying at any moment.
Extra funds necessary because of added senatores will be entrusted to Apollo/Diana who may distribute them at will to numina. For each additional senator, 1,500,000 D will be added to the Game.
Mercury and Apollo/Diana move at will throughout the Game.
In the event that a numen should fail to appear, Juppiter Optimus Maximus will allot to another numen (or other numina) the properties and special powers assigned to that numen.
