2008 essay winners speak with Ishmael Beah
Connections students that found Barefoot Heart especially intriguing may be interested in an opportunity to meet Elva Trevino Hart. The author and convocation speaker will be eating breakfast with a select group of Connections students. To be considered for this honor, students must write a 350-400 word essay stating why they should be chosen and what questions they would ask Ms. Hart. The breakfast will take place Friday, August 21st at 7:30 am.
