2007 Convocation Speaker and essay winners

Connections students that found A Long Way Gone especially intriguing may be interested in an opportunity to meet Ishmael Beah. The author and Convocation Speaker will be eating breakfast with a select group of Connections students. To be considered for this honor, students must write a 350-400 word essay stating why they should be chosen and what questions they would ask Mr. Beah. The breakfast will take place Saturday, August 23th at 7:30 am.
