PCARD REALLOCATION
This course is designed to train the department P-Card users/managers in using the FOAPAL reallocation process for Purchasing Card expenditure. This course will not be held in a classroom environment. Instead download the Slides and go through them. Afterwards download the Approval Form and fill it out writing in Reallocations for the class and Online for the instructor. Have it signed with the appropriate signatures and fax it to Karlene Combs at 797-1077 so that you can gain access to the reallocation screens in Banner Finance.
