UPDATING PAYROLL DIRECT DEPOSIT ON-LINE



University employees now have the ability to sign up or update direct deposit on line. Follow the instructions below.

 

Login to Access Banner:
  1. Go to http://www.usu.edu/myusu/
  2. Click Login to Access (Banner)
  3. Enter User ID and Password (follow instructions on screen)

Sign up for Direct Deposit:
  1. Click “Employee” from the Main Menu
  2. Click “Pay Information”
  3. Click “Payroll Direct Deposit Update”
  4. Enter information on the bottom of the screen and press Save

Update your current Direct Deposit:
  1. Click “Employee” from the Main Menu
  2. Click “Pay Information”
  3. Click “Payroll Direct Deposit Update”
  4. Click on the Bank Name that needs to be replaced or changed
  5. Click INACTIVATE box
  6. Press SAVE
  7. Enter information on the bottom of the screen and press Save

Update your current direct deposit allocation: 
  1. Click “Employee” from the Main Menu
  2. Click “Pay Information”
  3. Click “Payroll Direct Deposit Update”
  4. Click on the Bank Name that allocation needs to be change
  5. Enter new allocation amount or percentage
  6. Select either AMOUNT or PERCENT
  7. Press SAVE
         

Enter Bank Routing Number (can be found on the check (first 9 digit number on the bottom) or call the bank customer service to find out routing number) and Account Number (not 16 digit number on the visa/master debit card).
