Internship Application Procedure
APPIC Program Code: 159211
Eligibility:
- Interested student must have completed all course work and a minimum of 3 years of graduate training in a counseling or clinical psychology doctoral program, and passed dissertation proposal defense (if applicable) by start of internship. They must also have a minimum of 400 AAPI Intervention and Assessment hours, a minimum of 800 AAPI Grand Total Practicum Hours, and passed Comprehensive Exams by the application deadline.
- Applicants must be registered for the APPIC internship matching program to be considered. Applicants from APA or CPA accredited programs are strongly preferred.

Application Procedure:
Interested applicants should submit the following:
1. Application letter including a statement of training/professional
goals.
2. Three letters of reference, including at least one from a practicum
supervisor.
3. Current vita.
4. APPIC Application Form.
5. Transcripts of graduate work (clear copies are accepted during application process, if matched official copies will need to be sent ASAP after match day.
It is preferred that all application materials arrive in one packet.

Applications must be received by November 15, 2007 to be considered.
After November 15th, all completed applications will be individually reviewed over a period of several weeks. Top applicants are then contacted and scheduled for a telephone interview. On-site interviews are not offered. Candidates who are no longer being considered will be notified by e-mail in a timely manner.
