What scholarships are available?

Undergraduates: See the USU scholarship information page at http://www.usu.edu/scholarships/. You can also find a complete listing of USU scholarships in the USU Undergraduate Catalog. The catalog can be purchased in the bookstore or via Express-A-Book (1-800-662-3950).

How do I apply for scholarships?

If you are a freshmen or transfer student interested in scholarship opportunities, please visit the High School/College Relations Office located in the bottom floor of the University Inn. They can be reached at (435) 797-1129.

If you are a sophomore interested in scholarships, see the Financial Aid Office for a Continuing Scholarship Application. These applications are available beginning the third week of January and must be submitted no later than 5 pm, March 1st for the following academic year.

If you are a junior or a senior interested in scholarships, contact the Nutrition and Food Sciences Department for applications. You are eligible for scholarships from the College of Agriculture, College of Family Life and the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences. Applications may be picked up in NFS 213. The deadline for turning in scholarship applications is February 1st by 5:00pm.

Your advisor will also be aware of specific scholarships you may be eligible for through professional and trade organizations.
