Dining Services is proud to be a part of Utah State University and

welcomes the chance to contribute to the campus community.

Although many causes are valuable and should be contributed to,

Dining Services has limited funds and cannot contribute to everything. 

A policy has been designed to help you better understand how

Dining Services evaluates and approves Donation Request Forms.

To apply for a donation fill out a Donation Request Form and turn it in to the

Catering office in the Taggart Student Center room 232

at least two weeks prior to your event. 

You can also fax it in to 797-1739.
