It truly is better up here. Located on the fourth floor of the Taggart Student Center, The Skyroom is the only full service restaurant at Utah State University. We feature a daily buffet prepared under the direction of our Executive Chef as well as our all-you-care-to-eat salad bar…the best in Cache Valley. Come on up, enjoy the beautiful scenery and get away from it all…at least for lunch.
