RAD for Women
The R.A.D. Class is a LADIES ONLY course. The objective of the R.A.D. Program is to develop and enhance the options of self defense, so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked. You will learn how to use your personal weapons against abduction. The class consists of some lectures, but most of the time will be learning defensive techniques. The final class will be the simulation, where you will put your newly learned skills to the test in real life scenarios.
