Sex Offender Registry


Federal law requires the State Department of Corrections to obtain information concerning sex offender registrants' enrollment or employment at institutions of higher education, and to then provide that information to the University Police Department. Information about convicted sex offenders who are students or employees at Utah State University is available at the USU Police Department. You can view the list between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please contact Melanie at (435) 797-1939 if you would like the list mailed to you. There will be a $5.00 charge for the service.
